泰国边界之WANG KELIAN & PADANG BESAR

10/3/2012就在这天，我与媚终于一起去了泰国边界之WANG KELIAN & PADANG BESAR。
Wang Kelian is a Perlis border town on the Malaysia-Thailand Border. It is one of two border crossings between Malaysia and Thailand in the state of Perlis. The other is Padang Besar. The village across the border from Wang Kelian is Wang Prachan in Satun province, Southern Thailand.The village is a popular destinations for tourists and locals because of a huge market on both sides of the border. The governments of Malaysia and Thailand allow people to move freely across the border to shop wthin the confines of the market without the need for any documents. This arrangement was halted for about a year starting December 2007 because the Malaysian government said the arrangements created security problems.The move reportedly caused the market to lose a lot of business. Document-free movement within the market was reinstated on December 5, 2008. Malaysians need to produce their identification card to cross border while Thai nationals can cross without any documentation. Document-free visitors are confined to 1km radius from the border crossing.Wang Kelian is usually used as a base for visits to the Perlis State Park.# From Wikipedia #

这是跟我的一个远亲招的团去的。RM60一个人，就只包来回的车程。这是我与媚有史以来出来工作后一同出游到较远的一天。开心=）但这次的出游没过夜的，所以感觉没那么完美啦！这天算是血拼日，因为都是买东西的，最适合安迪们去的，呵呵！让我想去的是因为没去过这地方，再加上想去那里败包包和鞋子，结果只败了一个包包。WANG KELIAN是由左右两排都摆着摊子在卖东西，卖的东西都大同小异,最多的就是钢锅那些啦,洋娃娃,藤编制东西，包包等等。至于PADANG BESAR像HATYAI巴刹，因为摊子也是小小的，然后很密的那种，人多的话肯定超热。这次出游还去了间药厂，很闷下，还好有得免费吃，哈！这天我和媚都逛得不够过瘾啊，因为时间太赶了，变成在PADANG BESAR那里没得逛衣服和包包摊子，真可惜啊！

就只是败了这个包包（RM20)，媚也买一个，不同颜色罢了！

除了这个包包，还买了一些那里的土产，如：腰豆，Almond，Dodo，东炎面，还有老妈子交待买的TOMYAM酱和糯米。








P/S:我觉得这两个地方和合艾比较的话，还是比较喜欢合艾，因为那里卖的东西选择比较多。有机会，想和姐妹们一同去合艾，最好是三天两夜的！姐妹们，你们Organised吧！
